Viaan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has Voluntary Delisted from THE CALCUTTA STOCK EXCHANGE (CSE) w.e.f. March 09, 2016 as per CSE Notice Issued on March 08, 2016. Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Hemant P. Vastani has resigned from the post of CFO of the Company w.e.f. March 10, 2016.
