We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their just concluded meeting have considered and approved the Resignation submitted by Mrs. D. Aparna Reddy from the positions of Whole Time Director and CFO and B.Mallikarjun Reddy appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company.

a)Approved the Resignation submitted by Mrs. D. Aparna Reddy from the positions of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
b)Mr. B.Mallikarjun Reddy appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company.
c)Rejected the Resignation submitted by Mr. K. Pradeep Kumar from the position of Director of the Company.
