    Polaris Financial Technology change of name of the company

    Polaris Financial Technology has informed that subsequent to the scheme of demerger sanctioned by the High Court of Judicature Madras on September 15, 2014 the name of the Company stands revised from Polaris Financial Technology Limited to Polaris Consulting & Services Limited and the same has been duly approved by the Registrar of Companies.

    Polaris Financial Technology Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to the scheme of demerger sanctioned by the High Court of Judicature Madras on September 15, 2014 the name of the Company stands revised from Polaris Financial Technology Limited to Polaris Consulting & Services Limited and the same has been duly approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.The fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name is issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.Source : BSE
