Morgan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that due to incessant heavy rains and floods in Chennai, the board meeting for considering the annual accounts of the Company for the year 2014-15, scheduled on December 04, 2015 could not be conducted. And now it has been postponed to December 14, 2015.
