Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, in its 6th Meeting for the Financial Year 2017-18, held today i.e. on February 2, 2018 at 04:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company approved the following changes in the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:

1.Change in designation of Mr. Gopal Bansal from Managing Director to Non- Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. February 2, 2018.

2. Change in designation of Mr. Ashok Kumar Bansal from Non- Executive Director to Whole-Time Director of the Company w.e.f. February 2, 2018.
