Aftek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider:- Un-audited Financial results of the company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2016 and Limited Review report thereon.Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and Report Trading's by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the above reason and for specified persons from August 10, 2016 to August 17, 2016 (inclusive of both days).Source : BSE
