With reference to earlier announcement dated June 06, 2013 regarding Record Date for Reduction of Share Capital and the Synopsis attached therewith, Joy Reality Ltd has now submitted to BSE the Revised Ratio on Reduction and Consolidation of Share Capital of the Company.The revised Ratio on Reduction and Consolidation of Share Capital to be read as 100 : 40 i.e. "As per the Scheme of Arrangement person holding 100 Equity Shares will get 40 Equity Shares of the Company on reduction and consolidation of the Share Capital of the Company".Source : BSE
