ILandFS Engg extends financial year ending by six months

IL&FS Engineering and Construction has approved the extension of financial year of the Company ending on Sept 30, 2013 by a period of 6 months i.e. up to March 31, 2014, in order to align the Financial Year of the Company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.

    IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, through resolution by circulation, have approved the extension of financial year of the Company ending on September 30, 2013 by a period of 6 (six) months i.e. up to March 31, 2014, in order to align the Financial Year of the Company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.Accordingly, the annual accounts of the Company for the current financial year shall be prepared for a period of 18 (eighteen) months from October 01, 2012 to March 31, 2014.Source : BSE
