Popular food blogger Chatori Rajani's son passes away in road accident

Taran Jain, Chatori Rajani's son, died in a road accident on February 17,Monday.

Rajani Jain, popularly known as Chatori Rajani, announced on Tuesday that her son, Taran Jain, had tragically passed away in a road accident.

In a heartbreaking statement, Jain shared that her son succumbed to his injuries after the incident on Monday, February 17. She revealed the news to her followers on Tuesday.

"With heavy hearts, we share this loss," Jain posted on Instagram, adding, "With a shattered heart, we share the unbearable news that our beloved gem, Taran Jain, has passed away in a road accident. Please pray for our son's new journey," accompanied by a folded hands emoji.

In a subsequent post, Jain announced that her son’s Shok Sabha (mourning gathering) would be held on Wednesday, February 19, at Terapanth Bhawan in Delhi’s Chhattarpur.

Who is Chatori Rajani?

Rajani Jain became a viral sensation thanks to her unique and candid approach to cooking content on Instagram and YouTube. She gained widespread attention with a video featuring her husband’s lunchbox, which sparked a series called "Aaj mere husband ke lunch box mein kya hai?"

Taran, her son, frequently appeared in her videos, including those showcasing her daily cooking sessions.

Chatori Rajani’s Instagram account has over 600,000 followers, while her YouTube channel boasts more than 370,000 subscribers.

As Jain announced the news of her son’s passing, many online users expressed their condolences and shared in her grief. "Oh God... sorry for your loss, ma'am... that's such shocking news," commented one user, while another wrote, "I can’t believe this is true. There are no words to describe what you must be going through. Rajani, your world revolved around him. I’ve watched your videos for the last two years. What has happened?
