Actor Margot Robbie has done it again. She's on a promotional tour for her upcoming movie 'Wuthering Heights' and a lot of her looks from the tour have made headlines for simply being so outstanding. Recently, at the Paris premiere of the movie, she chose to slip into a deep burgundy velvet gown, channeling vintage romantic vibes.
The gown is a custom one by Chanel under the leadership of new creative director Matthieu Blazy. Robbie absolutely owned and slayed in the look. She chose to wear a beautiful velvet choker necklace that came embedded with 100 carats of champagne diamonds. The diamonds are from American jewellery designer Lorraine Schwartz. She also wore a pear-shaped ring that further elevated her look and riveted attention of many.
The bodice of the gown had a flattering fit and it featured spaghetti straps and a low neckline. What was interesting was the contrasting white faille over which layers of burgundy silk velvet were draped. The trail of the gown added drama to the overall look.

Robbie parted her hair from the middle and let them loose. With minimal makeup, she got it right with a light red lips. Earlier, Robbie made headline when she wore the iconic Taj Mahal necklace worth around Rs 74 crore.
Another thing that is noteworthy about all of Robbie's looks is that they revolve around the colour palette of black and red. Come to think of it, these two colours represent passion, obsession, forbidden love and more.
Speaking about her gown, Robbie told Vogue, “It is such an honor to wear this look designed by Matthieu. It’s the first Chanel red carpet look I’ve worn designed by him, and I couldn’t think of a more special occasion than for Wuthering Heights, a project that is so special to me.”
