Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya loves luxury watches. His favourite of the lot seems to be Richard Mille, a Swiss watchmaking brand. During the recent ICC Men's T20 World Cup final match between India and New Zealand, Pandya's choice of watch did catch the attention of many. This time he wore an iconic Favre Leuba's first skeletonised watch.
A striking-looking watch, it features blue accents on the minute track and a matching blue FKM rubber strap. In the market, the watch is available at Rs 3,89,000. On the website of the brand, it is mentioned that the watch is the first-ever skeleton timepiece of the brand. About the dial of the watch, it is written that at its center lies a striking view of the movement, where minimalist timekeeping elements highlight the exposed mechanism.
Besides, the minute markers are printed, while applied hour markers feature rustic rhodium plating with a polished finish. The hands mirror these details with rhodium plating, polished surfaces, and sandblasted grooves. The watch is available in other colour variants also.
Clearly, Pandya has an impressive taste in watches. Plus, the strap of the watch perfectly complemented well with his cricket uniform. In the recent past, during semi-final match against England last week, Pandya wore a Richard Mille RM 67-02 "Italy".
To cheer him on and support Pandya during the match, his girlfriend Mahieka Sharma was there. Speaking about her presence during the matches, Pandya said, "Jab se Mahieka aayi hai, life mein bas jeet hi jeet hai (From the time Mahieka has come into my life, I am only winning)."
