Commodity users always will get affected by swing in prices of raw materials. We all know Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd is the biggest Corn or maize user in our country and produces both Glucose and Sorbitol in a very big way . Last few months global maize prices hit roof this was temporary as supplies were down than expected from USA and sudden demand from Korea increased prices to above USD 4.3 per Bushel . Therefore temporarily net profits fell for Sep 25 qtr despite topline growing, This is however temporary and March qtr should yield one of the best bet profits and even December 25 qtr net profit should be higher than Sep 25 qtr net profits.
