Company sold out its WoS JECL for 73 crores comprising low margin, stagnating sales business to concentrate on asset light fast growing with 38 per cent CAGR for the last 4 years. The company will be totally debt free with fast growing higher margin business. Positive for Company. Company also provided one time provision of 2.63 crores towards one time changes in labour rules. Deal to be consummated by 30th April. Deal should be EPS accretive. September 2026 numbers to reflect restructured numbers. View more
