World is reacting as if gates of IT companies are going to shut from tomorrow. AI threat had arrived when chatgpt was introduced in 2022 but no panic was created. It was writing software codes then also. IT Stocks may trade at 15-20 PE for a while. Let the panic get absorbed. If still i am bearish on IT then it is better for me to wait for the panic selling to end. Let the stocks recover then exit slowly but right now it makes less sense to sell. Even if panic selling pushes the price by 20 percent down then also price should be back to current level after few days. It is just panic at the moment. No real outcome in numbers of the anticipated fear. All it needs is just one positive management commentary and one good quarter. Do your own research. May the luck be with small investors. View more
