“Heart health isn’t built on low-fat snacks and seed oils. It’s built on nutrient-dense, whole foods,” he wrote. Foods rich in fibre, healthy fats, nitrates, and antioxidants help keep cholesterol, blood pressure, and inflammation in check. Take a look at the foods he highly recommended.
