Well, Tan has attributed it to a slew of healthy habits and being consistent at what he does. He told CNA Lifestyle that his breakfast typically includes protein shakes, oatmeal accompanied by eggs, honey and avocado. For lunch and dinner, he has simple meals which include steamed or grilled chicken or fish served with broth and rice.

"“The activities you do during the day should match the calories you burn, and the food you consume should match the calories you put into your body,” he shared one of his mantras to staying fit.

Besides, Tan ensures he works out 3 to 5 times a week. He's fond of strength training, cardio workouts and swimming. Sleep is an important pillar of health and recognizing this fact, Tan makes sure he is in bed before 11 pm. He doesn't drink, smoke and doesn't take coffee and other sugary drinks.

Another thing Tan is mindful of is not to take stress and lead a carefree, happy life. He is doing that and reaping rewards in abundance. In his latest pictures, it is safe to say he can give competition to a lot of men probably half his age.
