You've probably heard this one before. Sleep is important. Sleeping on time and for 7 to 8 hours everyday helped regulate Ansh's hunger hormones. It also helped him recover faster after workout sessions. It also help kept stress at bay.
How many litres of water do you drink everyday? Ansh ensured he was drinking 2 to 3 litres everyday. It helped him boost his digestion, energy levels and manage his weight better. He also realized he was able to do his workouts better when he was well hydrated.
Ansh made a rule to eat only in a 8-hour window. He would skip his breakfast and brought his body to a fat-burning state. This helped him regulate his calorie intake in a better way and at the same time, it also reduced his food cravings.
