Calorie deficit

This formula is a well known one. When you eat less calories than what you burn every day, weight loss happens over time. Ansh also did the same. He tracked his food intake and focused on nutrient-dense meals. He avoided beverages with a lot of calories. This helped him a great deal.

Cardio plus strength training

Ansh introduced both cardio and strength training into his daily routine. He did cardio to burn calories and strength trained to boost his metabolic rate and build muscles. By staying consistent, his mental clarity and energy levels improved.

7 to 8 hours of sleep

You've probably heard this one before. Sleep is important. Sleeping on time and for 7 to 8 hours everyday helped regulate Ansh's hunger hormones. It also helped him recover faster after workout sessions. It also help kept stress at bay.

Sufficient water intake

How many litres of water do you drink everyday? Ansh ensured he was drinking 2 to 3 litres everyday. It helped him boost his digestion, energy levels and manage his weight better. He also realized he was able to do his workouts better when he was well hydrated.

Intermittent fasting

Ansh made a rule to eat only in a 8-hour window. He would skip his breakfast and brought his body to a fat-burning state. This helped him regulate his calorie intake in a better way and at the same time, it also reduced his food cravings.
