1. Walking

2. Water

She shared that she drinks water that is equivalent to about half her body weight (in ounces) every day. For example, if someone weighs 200 pounds, then that person should drink around 100 ounces of water. Wondering how this will help? Well, the content creator shared that it dramatically reduced her food cravings and gave a fillip to her energy levels. She also shared to consume electrolytes once a day.

3. Protein

One can't stress enough as to how important protein intake is in one's diet. Hayleigh shared that she would have at least 100 grams of protein daily. It helped keep her satiated for long. Besides, it also helped her build muscles and burn more fat.

4. Intentional mornings

How many of you check your phone first thing in the morning? Well, chances are there are many of you. Hayleigh shared she had a no phone for first 30 minutes in the morning. On waking up, she starts her day with a prayer or workout session. She also challenged people to avoid checking their phone first thing in the morning and then see a drop in stress levels. This hack also allows her to sleep better, focus better and have more mental clarity.
