Right from the start, the trailer introduces us to Ojas Gambheera, famously known as OG — a gangster who once ruled the streets with both fear and respect.

The trailer of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming action drama They Call Him OG was released on September 22, and it has already created a massive buzz.

Directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Entertainment, the film sets the stage for a fiery clash between Pawan Kalyan and Emraan Hashmi, who makes his debut in Telugu cinema with this role.

The trailer starts by introducing us to Ojas Gambheera, also known as OG, a gangster who used to rule the streets with both respect and terror. However, several questions remain unanswered after he disappeared abruptly for over ten years. His return not only shocks his rivals but also his admirers.

It gives us a glimpse into the gritty world of betrayal, loyalty, and power in OG. Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist Omi Bhau, and is largely the intimidating and powerful foe of OG. Pawan Kalyan continues to dominate the trailer with his same old intensity and signature style.

His presence in the teaser makes the impending confrontation between the two seem like a struggle of ideologies and beliefs as much as a physical one.

The trailer also gives a glimpse of other actors in the film including Priyanka Mohan, Prakash Raj, Arjun Das, and Sriya Reddy.

The way the trailer blends mystery and style is what makes it effective. Although there is a lot of action, it is wise to keep details about OG's past and the reasons behind his disappearance under wraps so that viewers are left wanting to learn more.

This trailer conveys to fans that They Call Him OG is evolving into a big-screen extravaganza that is full of emotions, excitement, and exuberance. Viewers are now anticipating one of the most exciting face-offs Telugu films have offered in recent years as the film prepares to open in theatres on September 25.
