A significant drama unfolded recently when a promotional media event for a forthcoming show, Psycho Saiyaan, on MX Player took an unforeseen twist.

According to SCREEN, media representatives arrived at the location punctually. At first, all seemed to be progressing according to the plan. The publicity team notified the press that actors Anud Singh Dhaka and Surbhi Chandna had arrived and were prepared for interviews, while Tejasswi Prakash was delayed because of a wardrobe problem and would be joining soon.

Nevertheless, the minutes extended to nearly an hour as members of the publicity team were observed engaging in intense conversations offstage. Ultimately, the press was informed that Tejasswi would not be showing up right away. Shortly thereafter, the publicist of the Bigg Boss winner arrived at the location and engaged in discussions with the platform's team.

Reporters were subsequently informed that the actress was unwilling to take part in joint interviews with Surbhi and had requested confirmation that discussions would be held separately for her.

When a few media representatives inquired about the situation, the MX Player team disclosed that the interview schedule had been provided two days prior, and no concerns were voiced at that moment.

Tejasswi and her team received information about the lineup two days prior; nevertheless, they voiced no concerns at that time. "This concern was only raised at the last minute, leaving us in a position where we had little ability to act," the team stated.

After a while, Tejasswi showed up but headed directly to her makeup room. The MX Player team tried to intervene in the situation, and Surbhi Chandna was brought in for talks. Following the discussion, Surbhi exited to carry out the initial interview with Anud Singh Dhaka but seemed clearly distressed. Soon after, she was said to have exited the location in tears.

Tejasswi then appeared to proceed with the rest of the interviews.

Throughout the discussions, Tejasswi was told that the media would need to pause briefly following two additional interviews. The actress declined a break and insisted on completing her interviews consecutively.

Tensions were increasingly evident during interactions, particularly since Anud—who had been there since morning—had not yet had a lunch break. In a fit of frustration, he noted that he would persevere despite being tired, mentioning that it appeared everyone was present “only for Tejasswi.”

Unexpectedly, Tejasswi also withdrew from other meetings, stating she was behind schedule for an iftar event.
