In a recent vlog, Krushna Abhishek addressed the burning question that everyone has been asking — why Ankita Lokhande is absent from the new season.

Conveying his longing for her company, Krushna remarked, which was quoted by TellyChakkar as, “I truly miss you on the show. There can only be one sister-in-law on Laughter Chefs, the original one, and that’s you. I’m spending Christmas with you this year!”

Addressing fan enquiries, Ankita explained that she is not included in Season 3 because the creators did not reach out to her this time. Nonetheless, Krushna introduced a captivating twist, claiming that the show “cannot continue without her” since she is the essence of Laughter Chefs.

He also disclosed that the creators have purposely featured her as a surprise factor, suggesting that when fans yearn for her, she will return. He encouraged fans to "be prepared", as Ankita's comeback is definitely a possibility.
