The exclusive bash, despite its small size, had an energetic atmosphere and included numerous recognizable faces from Gaurav Khanna's career. Friends who were familiar with Gaurav prior to Bigg Boss 19, along with those he met during the program, gathered to celebrate the dual event.

The attendees at the birthday and Bigg Boss 19 event comprised Rajan Shahi, Ashnoor Kaur, Abhishek Bajaj, Mridul Tiwari, Nagma Mirajkar, Awez Darbar, and Kunickaa Sadanand, along with her son Ayaan. Nehal Chudasama, Natalia Janoszek, Pranit More, Amaal Mallik, Neelam Giri, Shehbaz Badesha, and Mr. Faisu were also present.
