Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par is enjoying a successful run in the packed theatres and has performed well on its first 3 days at the box office. The film collected an estimated Rs 58.15 crore net in India in three days, and more numbers have been added to the collection.
According to Sacnilk, Sitaare Zameen Par has grossed around Rs 8.50 crore net in India on its fourth day for all languages. The total toll now stands at Rs 66.65 crore net in India. The film had an overall 16.39% Hindi Occupancy on Monday, June 23, 2025.
The film has now officially surpassed Aamir Khan's last release, Laal Singh Chaddha's lifetime collection, which was Rs 61.36 crore net in India.
Meanwhile, Sitaare Zameen Par is giving tough competition to the recent releases’ first weekend box office. Akshay Kumar's Kesari Chapter 2 earned Rs 29.5 crore, Sunny Deol's Jaat collected Rs 26.25 crore, Salman Khan's Sikandar raked in Rs 74.5 crore, and Akshay's Sky Force grossed Rs 62.25 crore.
The sports drama features 10 debutants, and Genelia Deshmukh also stars in the film. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka as the producer.
The sports comedy-drama is a remake of the Spanish film Campeones and follows a basketball coach who serves community service by training Neurodivergent adults after a DUI. However, his life changed as he learns from his players.
