Radico Khaitan Limited, one of the country’s largest and most respected alcobev companies has joined forces with global icon Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan’s D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, and visionary entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath to unveil D’YAVOL Spirits. This next-generation alcobev venture will focus on world-class liquid craftsmanship, disruptive design, and deep cultural relevance, with a premium tequila serving as the first product launch.

The collaboration reflects a bold shared vision: to create the finest spirits for India and the world, drawing on globally sourced, bottled-in-origin products that embody rich regional heritage. Backed by Radico Khaitan’s decades of experience and scale, D’YAVOL Spirits combines legacy with modern entrepreneurial energy.

Radico Khaitan Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan said, “Radico Khaitan has always believed in consumer-centric innovation. With D’YAVOL Spirits, we are combining our blending and distribution expertise with Shah Rukh’s global charisma, Aryan’s creative instinct, and Nikhil Kamath’s visionary approach. This is a long-term investment in building a global luxury brand from India.”

Shah Rukh Khan added, “Every great idea needs the right energy behind it. With Abhishek’s expertise, Nikhil’s passion, and our creative instincts at D’YAVOL, we are building something bold, relevant, and future-facing.”

The venture will leverage Radico Khaitan’s legacy of organically creating India’s most admired brands, while D’YAVOL brings a distinctive ethos rooted in luxury lifestyle and a globally resonant design language. CEO Leti Blagoeva noted, “D’YAVOL already has multi-award-winning spirits. This partnership opens a thrilling new chapter to bring even more exceptional experiences to our consumers.”

For Nikhil Kamath, the venture represents a shift in the meaning of premium. “Tomorrow’s best brands will be built on history, culture, and craftsmanship. D’YAVOL is an Indian brand with the capability to compete anywhere in the world.”

Co-Founder Bunty Singh summed it up: “We’ve built D’YAVOL with intent and identity. This new chapter is about scaling with precision while staying true to our DNA.”

As India’s alcobev market rapidly premiumises, D’YAVOL Spirits is uniquely positioned to appeal to a discerning generation that values substance over noise—delivering internationally bottled spirits, design-forward packaging, and lifestyle-driven experiences.
