Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are officially married, having celebrated their union through two wedding ceremonies in Udaipur on February 26. The couple’s breathtaking wedding photographs have left fans mesmerised, flooding social media with admiration and love.
A day after their grand celebrations, the newlyweds were seen departing Udaipur hand in hand on Friday afternoon. Fondly called “Virosh” by their admirers, Vijay and Rashmika were captured leaving the City of Lakes following their wedding festivities.
In circulating videos, the couple can be seen warmly greeting the paparazzi, smiling graciously with folded hands as photographers showered them with congratulatory wishes.
For their first public appearance after marriage, Rashmika stunned in a red Anarkali salwar kameez, radiating elegance, while Vijay looked sharp in a silver short kurta paired with pyjama.
The couple also delighted fans by blowing flying kisses toward the cameras, marking a heartwarming moment that quickly went viral.
The wedding took place at Mementos by ITC Hotels in Udaipur. The morning ceremony on February 26 was conducted according to Telugu Hindu rituals, honouring Vijay’s family traditions.
Later that evening, the couple shared their official wedding portraits online. Alongside the pictures, Vijay penned a deeply emotional note that read, "One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around. Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me.Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me.Like I needed her - just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was."
For their big day, both bride and groom wore custom-designed ensembles by celebrated designer Anamika Khanna. Rashmika chose a traditional rust saree adorned with a red border and intricate temple motifs, reflecting heritage elegance.
Vijay complemented her look in an ivory dhoti paired with a vermillion angvastram, detailed with forest and temple-inspired embroidery. The duo completed their regal appearance with traditional gold jewellery.
Fans couldn’t stop praising their ethereal wedding aesthetics, with many even drawing comparisons to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, celebrating the couple’s divine and surreal presence on their special day.
