  • Fans celebrate the arrival of twins alongside their daughter Klin Kara.

Actor Ram Charan and wife Upasana welcomed twins last night, a baby boy and a girl. Fans of the couple are super excited and on cloud nine after the news. The couple already has a 2-year-old named Klin Kara and now the arrival of the two little ones has made them a family of five.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan is one of the biggest movie stars in India, but his wife, Upasana Kamineni, is just as important. They have become one of the most talked-about power couples in the country, mixing movies, business, charity work, and modern royalty in a way that works.

Ram Charan is known around the world for his hit movies RRR, Magadheera, and Rangasthalam, and fans now cannot wait for his next film Peddi on which the hopes are pinned high already. Upasana, on the other hand, has made a name for herself that goes far beyond her connection to stardom. She is the Managing Director of Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Limited (FHPL) and the Vice Chairperson of the Apollo Foundation, which is the CSR arm of Apollo Hospitals. She is a strong supporter of mental health and preventive health care, and she also started UR.Life is a holistic digital wellness platform that is slowly becoming more popular in India's growing health-tech industry.

Upasana's family is one of the most respected in the country when it comes to business. She is the granddaughter of Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, the visionary founder of Apollo Hospitals, a healthcare giant worth almost Rs 77,000 crore. Shobana Kamineni, her mother, is the Executive Vice Chairperson of the Apollo Group. Anil Kamineni, her father, started KEI Group, which works in logistics and infrastructure. It's clear that Upasana brought her own history into the marriage.

Her academic credentials are just as impressive. Upasana has a degree from Regent's University London, a degree from Harvard Business School, and has finished the YPO/Harvard Presidents' Program. She also went to Mayo College Girls' School in Ajmer, one of India's best boarding schools, which helped her see the world in a different way from a young age.

Their way of life shows how important they are. Their 25,000-square-foot home in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is worth about Rs 30 crore. It has curated art, beautiful gardens, and a design that focuses on health and wellness that Upasana personally oversaw. They have a Rolls Royce Phantom and a Ferrari Portofino in their fancy garage, and they also have a private jet for easy travel.
