  • Allu Arjun earns ₹270Cr from Pushpa 2 by taking 27% of film's total business
  • He adopts the same 27-30% pay model for his next film with director Atlee
  • This percentage-based model may set a new trend for big stars in Indian cinema

Allu Arjun is one of the top-most actors in the country right now whom everyone has eyes on. The actor is currently busy lining up back to back films with a few directors such as Atlee Kumar, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Sandeep Reddy Vanga and others.

Allu Arjun has once again surprised the Indian film industry with a bold financial decision. He chose a percentage based payment model instead of taking a fixed salary. He decided to take 27 percent of the total business for his past blockbuster Pushpa 2. As per a report published on X, the actor has made good money out of Pushpa and has decided to follow this format of remuneration going further too.

The film has earned around 1000 crore rupees worldwide. So Allu Arjun has earned an amount close to 270 crore rupees for Pushpa 2. This move has started a fresh discussion across the film world.

Usually big stars prefer a fixed payment taken before release. Allu Arjun changed this system by trusting the film and its performance. Industry experts say this model also reduces pressure on producers. When a film becomes a blockbuster then both the star and the makers benefit together.

Reports also say that Allu Arjun is following the same 27 to 30 percent deal for his next film with director Atlee. This project is already creating huge buzz across India. The film will also star Deepika Padukone in an important role. In an interview Atlee said the team is working day and night to deliver something big.

The upcoming film is said to be heavy on technology and visual effects. It is planned on a very large scale with two universes and strong emotions.
