The much-anticipated Allu Cinemas multiplex in Hyderabad is all set for its grand launch, with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is scheduled to inaugurate the theatre on March 12. Located in Kokapet, the premium cinema destination is backed by the prominent Allu family and is expected to become one of the most technologically advanced theatres in the country.

The inauguration ceremony is expected to be a star-studded affair, with several prominent members of the Allu family, including Allu Arjun, likely to attend along with other celebrities from the Telugu film industry. The launch marks a significant step for the family as they expand their footprint in the exhibition sector with a modern multiplex designed to elevate the theatrical viewing experience.

Allu Cinemas has generated considerable buzz due to its state-of-the-art facilities. The multiplex reportedly houses one of the most sophisticated cinema setups in India and features the country’s third Dolby Cinema screen, offering enhanced sound, picture clarity, and immersive viewing technology for moviegoers.

Following the formal inauguration on March 12, the theatre management plans to conduct several technical test screenings to ensure the projection and sound systems operate flawlessly. During this phase, selected films will be screened, including Brad Pitt’s upcoming racing drama F1. These test runs are expected to continue until March 18.

Once the testing phase is complete, the multiplex will begin regular public operations, with premieres of upcoming films expected to mark its commercial launch. According to reports, the first set of films planned for screening includes major upcoming releases such as Dhurandhar: The Revenge.

The inauguration has also attracted attention because it highlights the strong relationship between the Telugu film industry and the Telangana government. With the Chief Minister personally attending the event, industry observers see the launch as a positive sign of continued collaboration between Tollywood and the state leadership.
