Telugu superstar Ram Charan tied the knot with Upasana, who is the the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity, in June 2012.

The couple had been friends and later they started dating. Upasana is the granddaughter of Prathap C Reddy, founder of Apollo Hospitals, while Ram is the son of superstar Chiranjeevi.

While Upasana is busy with Apollo Charity, her husband Ram is awaiting the release of his latest movie Peddi. He was also seen in Game Changer in 2025, which underperformed at the box office. It also marked the Telugu debut of Bollywood actress Kiara Advani.

Prior to that Ram Charan was seen in RRR and Acharya in 2022. Later he also made a cameo in Salman Khan’s 2023 film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He is also producing Nikhil Siddhartha’s period film, The India House.
