Several Indians and celebrities have been stranded in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other regions of the United Arab Emirates amid escalating tensions in the Middle East. The entire Gulf region has been affected by the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel.
Actor R Madhavan resides in Dubai and his fans left concerned over the ongoing tensions. However, his family has confirmed that he is currently in the United States of America, not in Dubai.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, he intends to stay there until the Middle East crisis calms down. The actor has reportedly confirmed that he is in the USA with his family and is completely safe.
He further revealed that until things in Dubai stabilise, he and his family would remain in a Western nation.
R Madhavan, his wife, and their son have long resided in Dubai. The actor frequently visits India for work.
R Madhavan is not the only actor who lives in Dubai. Nora Fatehi also resides in the city and has assured fans that she is safe. She revealed that she is currently in India.
On the work front, R Madhavan was last seen in the spy action thriller, Dhurandhar, which also starred Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt and Sara Arjun in the lead roles.

He will now be seen in the highly anticipated sequel to the film, Dhurandhar 2. Due to its political topics, Aditya Dhar's film is prohibited throughout the Middle East.
During a conversation with Sonia Shenoy on her YouTube channel, Madhavan discussed how fans of Dhurandhar 2 would travel from Dubai to India to watch the film.
Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is slated to hit the theatres on March 19.
