Singer-composer Palaash Muchhal was spotted outside a Mumbai court on Monday, accompanied by his legal team, amid the ongoing controversy surrounding allegations made by actor-producer Vidnyan Mane. Visuals of Muchhal arriving at the court premises quickly surfaced on social media, drawing significant attention as the case continues to unfold publicly.

In the images and videos circulating online, Muchhal is seen walking into the court complex flanked by lawyers and security personnel. Dressed casually in a white short-sleeved shirt and blue jeans, he appeared calm but guarded, avoiding interaction with the media present at the venue. In another clip, he was seen seated inside his vehicle, looking at his phone, before being escorted away after the court appearance.

The court visit comes days after Vidnyan Mane levelled serious allegations against Muchhal, accusing him of financial cheating linked to an unreleased film project and making explosive claims about his personal life. Mane has alleged that Muchhal cheated him of over Rs 40 lakh and claimed that the musician’s wedding with Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana was called off following an alleged incident during wedding celebrations in November 2025. A complaint has reportedly been filed in Sangli, Maharashtra, and copies of the complaint are said to be with the authorities.

Muchhal, however, has strongly denied all accusations. In a statement shared earlier via Instagram, the singer-composer termed the allegations “entirely baseless and factually incorrect” and stated that they were made with malicious intent to damage his reputation. He also confirmed that his legal team is exploring all available legal remedies and that the matter would be addressed strictly through proper legal channels.

While Muchhal has not made any fresh comments after being spotted outside court, his appearance alongside lawyers suggests that the matter has formally entered the legal phase. The visuals have added to public curiosity, especially given the high-profile nature of the individuals involved and the intense speculation surrounding the cancelled wedding with Mandhana.

The wedding, originally scheduled for November 23, 2025, was first postponed due to health issues in both families and later permanently called off in December 2025. Both Muchhal and Mandhana had issued separate statements confirming that the wedding would not take place, with Mandhana requesting privacy and Muchhal stating that he wished to move on from his personal relationship during a difficult phase of his life.
