Returning to campus reminded her why she chose a demanding academic route despite already being active in business and social initiatives.

The visit also highlighted how Navya balances academics with her growing professional commitments. She is the founder of Project Naveli, a non-profit focused on gender equality, education, and social awareness, and a co-founder of Aara Health, a women’s health-tech platform addressing gaps in menstrual and reproductive care. Her time at IIM-A, she said, has helped her think more structurally about impact, scale, and sustainability across these ventures.
