Punjabi singer and music producer Talwinder Singh Sidhu has recently found himself in the limelight, with dating rumours linking him to Bollywood actor Disha Patani adding to the growing curiosity around his life.
The buzz picked up after the two were seen together during a performance, sparking conversations online and drawing fresh attention to the rising independent artist.
While the speculation has fuelled interest, Talwinder Singh Sidhu’s journey in music is what truly sets him apart. He has quietly built a loyal following through a sound that feels both rooted and modern, blending traditional Punjabi melodies with global genres such as electronic, trap, R&B, lo-fi and synth-pop.
This fusion has helped him connect with younger audiences while still staying true to his cultural roots.
That growing popularity has also brought financial success. Talwinder Singh Sidhu is estimated to have a net worth of around ₹11.5 crore, largely earned through streaming platforms, music releases, live shows and collaborations.
For an independent Punjabi artist, this milestone reflects how digital platforms have changed the rules, allowing talent to find success without relying solely on mainstream labels.
Born on 23 November 1997 in Tarn Taran, near Amritsar, Punjab, Talwinder Singh Sidhu comes from a Punjabi Jat Sikh family.
Music has been part of his life from a very young age — he reportedly began singing when he was just four years old. At 14, his life took a major turn when his family moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Surrounded by diverse cultures and sounds, he found himself influenced by everything from Western hip-hop to electronic music, elements that would later shape his signature style.

His early career was built online. Talwinder Singh Sidhu began sharing his own songs and covers on SoundCloud, YouTube and Spotify, slowly carving out a space for himself. His debut EP, You Haven’t Heard This (2020), introduced listeners to his sound, but it was tracks like Kammo Ji, Dhundhala and Funk Song that helped him break through and go viral in 2022.
In October 2024, he reached another milestone with the release of his debut album, Misfit, under Mass Appeal India. Featuring 13 tracks and several collaborations, the album reflected his evolution as an artist unafraid to experiment.
