Following the tremendous success of Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, Tom Cruise is ready to reprise his role as Ethan Hunt in the next part of Mission Impossible, titled, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
Taking to his social media accounts, Tom cruise has released the teaser trailer.
The exhilarating teaser trailer offers a preview of Tom Cruise’s character, IMF agent Ethan Hunt, as he continues his fight against the formidable AI known as "the Entity," picking up right where 'Dead Reckoning Part One' left off in 2022. In the two-minute teaser, Cruise is seen racing through a variety of landscapes. At one point, the 62-year-old actor is shown chasing down an airplane, and it seems he even manages to catch it. Additional scenes feature him engaged in a tense knife fight and narrowly escaping an explosion in a tunnel.
The actor uploaded the post in a collaborative post with, Mission Impossible and Paramount Pictures. His post read, "Our lives are the sum of our choices. Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning. See you at the movies May 23, 2025."
As soon as the post was shared, the comment section quickly filled with praise and excitement for both the film and the legendary actor, Tom Cruise. One wrote, "TOM CRUISE IS RUNNING IN ALMOST EVERY SCENE IN THIS TRAILER: I LOVE IT" another wrote, "A movie of Tom without running scenes is just like Earth without water"
A die-hard fan of Tom Cruise commented, "The hardest choices requires the strongest wills , ethan hunt is the literall definition of it cant wait TC"
The film was initially scheduled for release in 2022 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the SAG-AFTRA actors' strike. In the previous installment, Dead Reckoning, Ethan Hunt battled a powerful AI program known as "The Entity," which possesses the ability to predict his every move.

The star-studded cast of the film includes, returning actors Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Hayley Atwell, Vanessa Kirby, Pom Klementieff, and others.
Newcomers to the franchise include Hannah Waddingham, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman, and Tramell Tillman. Christopher McQuarrie, who helmed previous installments like Rogue Nation, Fallout, and Dead Reckoning, returns to direct and co-write the film.
