Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit Nene and her husband, Dr. Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold their residential apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu area for Rs 3.9 crore, marking a strong appreciation on their original investment. The transaction was registered on December 15, 2025, according to property documents accessed through CRE Matrix, a data-driven real estate consulting firm.
The property is located at Flat No. 41 on the fourth floor of Iris Park, Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society, situated on Military Road, Juhu (400049). The apartment has a carpet area of 780.13 sq ft and is part of a premium residential micro-market known for celebrity-owned homes and limited supply.
As per the sale deed, the total consideration for the transaction stands at Rs 3,90,00,000. In addition to the sale amount, the buyer paid a security deposit of Rs 19.5 lakh, which has been reflected in the stamp duty calculation. The buyer has been identified as Mrs Darshana Ghatlia.
The buyers also benefited from a 1 percent stamp duty concession available under the Maharashtra government’s women homebuyer incentive scheme, a detail visible in the registered documents.

Madhuri Dixit and Dr. Nene had originally purchased the Juhu flat in June 2012 for Rs 1.96 crore. Over a holding period of nearly 13 years, the property’s value has appreciated by close to 100 percent, underlining Juhu’s sustained appeal among high-net-worth buyers. The area continues to witness stable capital appreciation due to its proximity to the beach, established infrastructure, and concentration of celebrity residences.
The sale adds to a series of real estate transactions involving the actor. In December 2024, Madhuri Dixit rented out a commercial property in Andheri West for Rs 3 lakh per month. The 1,594.24 sq ft built-up area space is located in Morya Landmark II and was leased to Karamtara Engineering Pvt Ltd for a two-year period.
According to the registered leave and license agreement dated November 13, the monthly rent will escalate to Rs 3.15 lakh after the first year. The tenant has also paid a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh.
