South Korean actor Lee Beom Soo and his wife, translator Lee Yoon Jin, have officially ended their long-running legal separation. The couple has now confirmed that they have finalised their divorce through mutual agreement, ending months of public speculation surrounding their relationship.

Lee Yoon Jin shared the update through a social media post, announcing the conclusion of their marriage after more than a decade together. She wrote, "After approximately 15 years of marriage, we have decided to proceed with an amicable divorce through mutual agreement with Mr. Lee Beom-soo."

Addressing the circumstances surrounding their separation, Lee Yoon Jin further explained, "During the marriage, we resolved misunderstandings that arose due to the lack of communication and dialogue. Moving forward, as parents of our children, we have agreed to respect and support each other in our respective roles. We kindly request your warm support for actor Lee Beom-soo's future endeavors."

On the same day, a source close to Lee Beom Soo confirmed that all legal procedures related to the divorce had been completed smoothly following discussions between both parties. The source stated that the process concluded through mutual understanding and agreement.

The source elaborated, "After sufficient discussions, we have resolved mutual misunderstandings and agreed to respect and support each other as parents of our children in our respective roles."

They continued, "Speculative reports regarding Mr. Lee Beom-soo are untrue, and we clearly state that the agreement between the parties was reached amicably. We respectfully request that all baseless speculation, criticism, and dissemination of false information regarding Mr. Lee Beom-soo, Ms. Lee Yun-jin, and their family cease immediately."

The announcement marks the end of a highly publicised domestic episode that initially drew attention after a series of cryptic social media posts and public allegations surfaced earlier, sparking widespread discussion.

Lee Beom Soo and Lee Yoon Jin were married in May 2010 and later became well-known across Asia following their appearance on the popular variety show The Return of Superman in 2016. Their children, daughter So Eul and son Da Eul, gained immense popularity and a dedicated fanbase during their time on the show.
