After nearly four years of focusing on solo projects and fulfilling military duties, BTS are finally returning as a complete group — and the excitement is impossible to ignore.

RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook and j-hope are set to release their new album ARIRANG on 20 March, marking their first group project since announcing a hiatus in 2022.

To celebrate the moment, the seven members will reunite for a special performance titled BTS The Comeback Live, which will stream globally on Netflix.

When Netflix India dropped the first teaser, it struck an emotional chord. The video revisits the day BTS shared news of their break. “The BTS ARMY will have to wait a while to see their favourite band again,” the voiceover says, followed by fans recalling how painful that moment felt: “Tough day, heartbreaking day,” and “a part of my soul just died.”

But the tone soon shifts from sadness to strength. The teaser shows BTS gathering at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, ready to stand together again.

One member reflects, “I felt that each and every one of us was evolving in some way,” while another adds with quiet determination, “Seven together, we can do anything. Keep swimming.” It is a reminder of what has always made BTS special — not just their music, but their unity.

Fans in India can watch BTS The Comeback Live exclusively on Netflix on 21 March at 4:30 pm IST. The event will mark Netflix’s first-ever global livestream from Korea, adding to the sense of occasion.

The album ARIRANG promises to explore BTS’ roots, growth and shared identity. The 14-track project includes songs such as “Body to Body”, “Hooligan”, “Aliens”, “FYA”, “2.0”, “No 29” and “SWIM”.

Shortly after, Netflix will release BTS: The Return on 27 March, a documentary offering behind-the-scenes access to their reunion.

BTS’ time apart came as all seven members completed South Korea’s mandatory military service, a responsibility they embraced while continuing to grow individually.

Now, reunited at last, BTS are not just making a comeback — they are reminding ARMY everywhere why “seven together” truly means something.
