Priyanka Chopra Jonas is heading back to one of the biggest stages in the world — the Oscars — and fans couldn’t be more excited.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences recently announced additional presenters for the 98th Academy Awards, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ name featured alongside Robert Downey Jr. and Anne Hathaway.
Sharing the news on Instagram, Priyanka Chopra Jonas kept it simple, captioning the announcement, “The 2026 Academy Awards.” While understated, the post marked yet another milestone in her international journey.
She previously presented at the Oscars in 2016, a moment that signalled her growing influence beyond Indian cinema.
Over the years, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has become a familiar presence at some of the world’s most prestigious award ceremonies. From the Golden Globe Awards to the Primetime Emmy Awards, she has seamlessly moved between industries, representing Indian talent on global platforms.
In 2023, Deepika Padukone also presented at the Oscars during the year RRR won Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu — a proud moment for Indian cinema worldwide.
This year’s ceremony promises to be particularly grand. Among the other presenters are Will Arnett, Paul Mescal and Gwyneth Paltrow, with previously announced names including Adrien Brody, Javier Bardem, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Demi Moore and Zoe Saldaña. Meanwhile, Ryan Coogler’s Sinners has already made history by earning 16 nominations — the highest ever for a single film at the Academy Awards.
The 98th Oscars will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.
Away from the red carpet, Priyanka Chopra Jonas continues to balance Hollywood and Indian projects. She was recently seen in the action-thriller The Bluff, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
She will next star in SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi alongside Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, playing Mandakini in what will be her Telugu cinema debut. She also has the second season of Citadel in the pipeline.
