The much-awaited film adaptation of Peaky Blinders has ignited massive excitement among fans, especially after the makers dropped its gripping trailer. The preview offers a powerful first look at Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) returning to Birmingham, setting the stage for an intense and emotional finale.
The trailer begins on an ominous note, with Tommy being told he lives in a haunted house. The line sets the tone for a story steeped in regret, unfinished business and emotional reckoning.
Rebecca Ferguson’s character directly confronts Tommy, accusing him of abandoning not just his empire but also his illegitimate son, Duke Shelby. Portrayed by Barry Keoghan, Duke is depicted as bold, fearless and fiercely independent — a young man who has already started running the Peaky Blinders operation as though it were 1919 all over again.

The trailer makes it evident that the brewing conflict is deeply personal as well as political. Tommy is forced to reckon with his past decisions while the future of both his family and Birmingham hangs precariously in the balance.
One of the standout moments teased in the footage is Tommy’s dramatic return to the iconic Garrison Pub, where he reclaims the commanding presence that once defined him. However, this time the stakes are far greater. Set in the 1940s against the backdrop of global turmoil, the narrative hints at a larger war unfolding — not only on the world stage but also within Tommy himself.
Cillian Murphy reprises his role as Tommy Shelby in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, which is set to premiere on Netflix on March 20, with select theatrical screenings beginning March 6.

The ensemble cast features Cillian Murphy returning as Tommy Shelby, Barry Keoghan as Duke Shelby, Sophie Rundle as Ada, Stephen Graham among returning allies, and new additions Rebecca Ferguson and Tim Roth in pivotal roles.
The Immortal Man marks the final chapter for Thomas Shelby, a character first introduced in the debut episode of Peaky Blinders in September 2013, bringing a long-running saga to a powerful and emotional close.
