How I Met Your Mother actor Josh Radnor welcomed his first child with his wife, Jordana Jacobs. The actor shared the good news with his fans on his social media on Wednesday.
Josh took to his Instagram and shared three pictures with his kid, sharing the first look at his bundle of joy. Sharing the pictures, he penned in the caption, “So my wife and I had a baby a few months ago!!”
He added, “Here’s what we know so far: His smile lights up the room. He’s super observant and thoughtful. He gets hypnotized when I play him songs on the guitar. He thinks the word “baba ghanoush” is hysterical. He’s a total delight and Jordana and I are thrilled he’s here.”
Josh continued, “Thanks for all the kind words from @howwemadeyourmother listeners (I dropped the news a few episodes back on the podcast.) Sending love to all my fellow parents of newborns out there. What a wild, beautiful, exhausting, heart-opening initiation. So grateful.”
In the first picture of the post, Joash was seen cradling his son and grinning as he marvelled at the infant in the opening picture of his carousel post. In a second photo, the infant was sitting on a stool and tuning his guitar while cuddling up on a small blanket that was placed on top of the instrument. Lastly, a picture of his wife cradling the infant in her hospital bed soon after giving birth was posted by the new father.
The baby news came two years after Josh and Jordana exchanged vows. For the unversed, Josh and Jordana met for the first time in February 2022 during a sound meditation retreat.
On the work front, Josh is best known for his role as Ted Mosby in the hit series How I Met Your Mother.
