David Beckham, along with the Beckham family, stood firmly by Victoria at a fashion award event in Paris, putting up a united front amid reports of an ongoing family feud with their son Brooklyn Beckham.

On Monday, January 26, the former Spice Girls member was honoured by the French government with the Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters.

A proud David Beckham took to Instagram to congratulate his wife on the prestigious recognition. Sharing a family photograph, he wrote in the caption, "We are so proud of you and all that you have achieved @victoriabeckham. Being named a Chevalière de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture… nobody deserves it more than you x We love you."

David was joined at the event by three of the couple’s four children—Romeo, Cruz, and Harper—who attended alongside Victoria.

Victoria was conferred with the title of Chevalière de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, an honour that acknowledges significant contributions to the arts and literature. The accolade is among France’s most prestigious cultural recognitions and has previously been awarded to the likes of Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez, Denis Villeneuve, and Jude Law.

Marking the milestone, Victoria also shared a heartfelt note on social media, expressing gratitude and thanking her “family” for their support.

She wrote, "I’m so honoured to be named a Chevalière de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture. I have always deeply admired the French aesthetic and the seriousness with which it treats fashion: as a form of art. So to be recognized here and embraced in this way, is a profound privilege — one that reflects decades of commitment and dedication."

She concluded by adding, "My sincere thanks to the French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati for this honour. Thank you also to business partners who believed in me, my family, and especially David — my husband, and original investor. I couldn’t be more grateful, you are my everything."

The Beckham family’s presence at the Paris event comes at a time when they have been under the spotlight due to reports of an alleged rift with their eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, who has claimed that his parents attempted to sabotage his marriage to Nicola Peltz.
