Gada Electronics game from the world of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah crosses 10 Million downloads, sets Milestone for Indian IP Gaming

Inspired by the hugely popular Indian sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Gada Electronics' mobile game has surpassed 10 million downloads on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, marking an incredible milestone.

The idle-arcade business simulation game is based on Jethalal’s legendary shop, “Gada Electronics,” and offers fans a fun and engaging way to experience the TMKOC universe.

This achievement marks a significant moment in Indian gaming, as Gada Electronics becomes the first game from an independent Indian gaming studio to reach such figures in 2025. The game has remained one of the top-rated titles on both major app platforms, with players enthusiastically embracing the chance to manage and grow the fictional shop.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Asit Kumarr Modi, Founder of Neela Mediatech, remarked, “This milestone is not just a number, it reflects the emotional connection that audiences have with our characters. Additional games centred around beloved TMKOC characters are also being developed by Neela Mediatech. These include a detective-themed game with Popatlal, a game about Roshan and his garage, and a business simulation game about Madhvi's papad and pickle business.
