
There is a growing sense of worry around Salim Khan’s health. Just hours after news of his hospitalisation broke, reports began suggesting that the veteran screenwriter’s condition is “serious”.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan has stepped away from all his current commitments to remain by his father’s side.
A close friend of Salman Khan told the portal, “Salim saab’s condition is serious. We are all concerned and hoping he would get back home the soonest," reflecting the anxiety felt by those close to the family.
As of now, however, neither Lilavati Hospital nor the Khan family has issued an official statement about Salim Khan’s health, leaving fans waiting for clarity.
Salim Khan was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday morning. Soon after, Salman Khan was seen arriving at the hospital. In photographs and videos, Salman Khan appeared serious and composed, dressed in a simple black T-shirt and cap, as security personnel escorted him out of the premises.
Later in the day, other members of the Khan family — including Arbaaz Khan, Alvira Khan and Arpita Khan — were also spotted at the hospital, a quiet sign of the family coming together during a difficult moment.
