Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar has created a new milestone at the box office. The film has become the tenth highest-grossing Indian film ever.
Dhurandhar collected Rs 769.89 crore globally. The film has officially joined the list of the most famous and culturally significant blockbusters that Indian cinema has ever made.
Dhurandhar is just below Aamir Khan’s PK, which has surpassed long-standing global performers. The slight difference between the two movies highlights how close Dhurandhar is to moving up the all-time rankings as its theatrical run continues.
Dangal, an extraordinary phenomenon with Rs. 1968.03 crore, continues to top the all-time global list. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan (Rs. 1148.32 crore) and Pathaan (Rs. 1050.3 crore), two contemporary titles, are at the next spots. The top half of the chart is dominated by movies like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Animal, Secret Superstar, and Stree 2, most of which profit from long international runs, especially in non-traditional regions.
The movie has demonstrated remarkable success abroad and is expected to surpass the significant global hits like Chhaava (Rs. 797.34 crore).
In addition to being a commercial achievement, the movie's debut in the all-time global top 10 is a testament to its widespread appeal throughout all regions.
