Fitness instructor Shivohaam, who has worked with several popular Bollywood celebrities, recently talked about what it's like to train Ranbir Kapoor. The fitness trainer complimented Ranbir’s punctuality and discipline.

Shivohaam revealed that Ranbir is very time-conscious and that senior celebrities who are renowned for being punctual, like Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, also exhibit this trait.

In a recent interview with Screen, Shivohaam spoke about Ranbir’s approach to fitness and said, “Ranbir Kapoor doesn’t like to look like that [beast] all the time. He’s very normal right now, he’s a father, a husband, and a son.”

The fitness trainer further revealed that Ranbir’s physical transformations are always film-centric.

He said, “His transformations were done with a specific purpose for each film. Once the role is over, he moves on, and people should do the same.” Highlighting what truly sets the actor apart, he added, “If you want to learn something from Ranbir, it’s his discipline. The man is punctual to the T.”

Shivohaam further emphasised on Ranbir’s respect for time and continued, “I can count on my fingers the number of times Ranbir has been late. And even if he’s five minutes behind, he always sends a message saying, ‘Sorry, I’m running five minutes late.’”

The fitness trainer continued showering praise on the actor, saying, “That’s something to learn from and aspire to. He’s a beautiful human being, his body language, the way he speaks… You call him ‘Khandaani’ for a reason. He’s genuine.”

However, Shivohaam also recalled working with other actors like Aamir Khan during Laal Singh Chaddha. He said, “It used to take him 2-3 hours to put on the beard and makeup. We trained at 3 AM.”

Shivohaam further said that Ranbir never allows a busy schedule to affect his fitness and always makes time to train, even if he has an early morning shift. He concluded by noting that success comes from passion and discipline rather than luck, emphasising that the industry is driven by hard work and not glamour.
