Choreographer-turned-actor Raghav Juyal has officially begun shooting for his upcoming film Bhai Tera Yaar Hai, where he steps into a full-fledged leading role. The project marks a significant turning point in his acting journey, positioning him firmly at the centre of the narrative.

Raghav, who recently earned widespread recognition for his performances in Kill and The Bastards of Bollywood, continues to expand his cinematic footprint with this new venture. Backed and directed by Vivek Agrawal, the film places the spotlight squarely on Juyal as the main protagonist.

The shoot commenced earlier this week after overcoming a major hurdle. An earlier schedule had to be abruptly halted when the actor suffered a leg fracture, forcing the team to cut short their London schedule and return to India. Now, according to Variety India, with Raghav fully recovered, production is finally back on track.

Meanwhile, the actor’s lineup remains packed with high-profile projects. He will next be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s starrer King, further solidifying his presence in mainstream cinema.

Raghav will also feature in The Paradise, a multi-lingual project slated for release on August 21 this year. The film stars Nani, Kayadu Lohar, Mohan Babu, and Sonali Kulkarni in key roles, and is set to release in eight languages.

Adding to the excitement, reports suggest that Raghav has secured a pivotal role in Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious adaptation of Ramayana.

He will be seen portraying Meghanad, also known as Indrajit — the formidable son of Ravana and the heir to Lanka. The character is expected to feature prominently in Ramayana Part 2, which is currently slated for a Diwali 2027 release.
