The black-and-white photograph captures the couple during their years of service as doctors in the Indian Army — a chapter of their lives that shaped not only their careers but also the values they passed on to their children.

Sharing the image, Dr Madhu Chopra wrote, “A quiet throwback to a life of service Dr. Ashok and I, in uniform—serving as doctors in the Indian Army, caring for our people while living the discipline and duty of military life. These years shaped our family, our values, and the way we raised Priyanka and Siddharth. Forever proud to have served, and forever grateful to the armed forces and the sacrifices they represent. #latepost #armyday”
