In a dramatic Christmas Eve development, alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar has once again put Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez at the center of controversy by claiming he has gifted her an extravagant mansion in Beverly Hills, which he referred to as “The Love Nest” in a letter addressed to her.
In the lengthy letter, Sukesh, who is currently lodged in Tihar Jail and facing multiple criminal charges, including extortion and money laundering, wrote to Jacqueline expressing his affection and outlining what he described as a grand Christmas present for her. “On this gracious, glorious day, I present you, ‘The Love Nest,’ your new our new home in Beverly Hills,” the letter reportedly reads. He went on to claim that the property was something they had once planned together and that it now stood bigger and better than originally envisioned.
According to Sukesh’s letter, the mansion also includes a private 19‑hole golf course, which he touted as unique even by American standards. The extravagant description sparked immediate media attention, with Sukesh cheekily comparing the alleged property to former U.S. President Donald Trump’s Mar‑a‑Lago estate, suggesting that “The Love Nest” could make it seem ordinary in comparison.
In addition to the alleged home gift, Sukesh also mentioned he was pursuing another of Jacqueline’s “dreams” — owning an Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team. He wrote that he had placed a bid for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru franchise, adding another unusual twist to the letter.
The claim comes amid an ongoing legal saga that has kept both Sukesh and Jacqueline in the spotlight. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has linked the actress to the multi‑crore money laundering case, alleging she received expensive gifts from Sukesh worth several crores. Jacqueline has consistently denied any wrongdoing, maintaining she was unaware of Sukesh’s criminal background and did not knowingly benefit from illicit funds.
