Despite the gloomy, otherworldly scene, he is decked up in several strings of Rudraksha beads (malas) and, in keeping with Priyadarshan's trademark eccentricity, sports dark shades.

The latest poster came after Akshay Kumar revealed the film's release date with a humorous teaser on February 7.

Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, and Rajpal Yadav have significant parts in the film, which is produced under the auspices of Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films. The film also features Mithila Palkar as his sister.

The film will be backed by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar.

After several date changes to prevent conflicts with the box office, Bhooth Bangla is set for a theatrical release on April 10, 2026.
