The excitement around Bhooth Bangla just got louder. The film — already one of the most anticipated releases of the year — marks the long-awaited reunion of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan after 14 years, and fans have been counting down ever since the announcement.

Now, the makers have dropped the teaser of the film’s first song, ‘Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge’ on Wednesday. The song will be unveiled on February 26.

The teaser gives a quick but energetic glimpse into the film’s world — colourful, loud, and unapologetically entertaining. Akshay looks completely in his zone, delivering expressions and comic timing that instantly take you back to the golden era of his comedy films.

There’s a certain ease and confidence in the way he carries the madness, reminding audiences why he remains one of Bollywood’s most reliable entertainers.

The track itself is peppy and high on energy. Composed by Pritam with lyrics by Kumaar, the song is sung by Dev Arijit. A rap segment written and performed by Mellow D adds a contemporary punch, making the number instantly catchy and hard to skip.

But this isn’t just about one song. The teaser feels like a signal that something nostalgic is on its way. With Bhooth Bangla, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan seem ready to recreate the comic mayhem that once defined their collaborations — the kind that filled theatres with laughter and gave audiences repeat-watch classics.

The film is presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, in association with Cape of Good Films. Alongside Akshay, the film stars Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Tabu and Rajpal Yadav — a cast that only adds to the anticipation.

Directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor, Bhooth Bangla is set to hit theatres on April 10, 2026.

For those who grew up on Akshay–Priyadarshan comedies, this feels like a reunion long overdue. And if the first song teaser is anything to go by, the madness is well and truly back.
